Here's number two... I still need a name for the male character though... I'm thinking maybe Nick, but I'm really not sure. Any suggestions?

Ah, shucks, thanks for the compliment.
And Richard does have a nice ring to it... but I already know this guy named Richard (he's a cool cat)... And if I named the character that, next thing you know, he might start being a remote server tech support agent for onsite server tech support agents... which is even more complicated than it sounds.
