I decided that I liked that Winthorpe character I came up with a couple of weeks ago... so here's a second comic with him. Also featured in this comic is Cecil Mulligan the Crab. Mulligan (and his first line) is a recent creation of Jeff Burks, who is awesome enough to let me use the character as well.
